For more than 25 years, Dr. Kishore led teams at HDFC, Tata and Genpact, most recently as VP and Global Operating Leader, managing more than 12,000 people across six continents.
He saw that business outcomes, loyal teams and long-lasting partnerships are shaped by the quality of the relationships behind them. Today his coaching practice works with leaders looking for growth that lasts and couples looking for deeper connection.
He is a PCC-certified coach with ICF USA, author of ‘BE’ The Outlier, and was recognised among India's Top 10 Life Coaches by CEO Insights in 2020.
